This project is to design an ultimate remote suburban life for American families.
Based on the current generation of Ford Ranger, I am proposing an interior redesign concept for American families to experience the post-pandemic remote life.
Through secondary research, it is found that remote working has become more and more popular and recognized after pandemic as well as increasing awareness about physical security and well-being.

Thus, given the technology of biometric sensing, virtual meeting and cloud computing, an immersive virtual working space can be designed for the right persona. Furthermore, I am proposing an interior experience of Ford Ranger to be a space for work, leisure, nature and exploration.

Final interior design features an inviting remote life experience where one can spend quality time with his/her family out in the nature without being disconnected to work or business, as well as promoting family union interaction within the interior space. With the help of the nature of a pickup truck, families can even camp out in the rural areas for days and enjoy the immersive experience provided by mother nature.
